Construction is complete, trees are in place, and the signs are up. All that is needed now is for mother nature to do her thing. That's right... the last piece of the puzzle is the grass. With this unseasonal cool weather, the process for the grass to grow is slow. As it stands, there is no sure date when the park will open. For me and my dogs, we are hoping to spend Christmas Day 2009 enjoying the park with other dogs and their owners.
